A tailor-made journey for every group

The Res Nova is a ship suitable for all kinds of purposes and groups. For journeys with groups sleeping on board, we have a capacity of 18 beds. In one day events we can accommodate 25 guests.

This is an overview of your options, of course every schedule can be modified to your needs!

  • Weekend with friends or family

On Friday night your party arrives on board, welcomed by the skipper with freshly made coffee and sweets, the bunks are assigned and the first fun night on board can begin. The weekend programme will be discussed with the skipper to fine-tune everything to the group’s expectations. The next morning, after breakfast, sailing instructions are given out and we hoist the anchor – the beginning of a wonderful day of sailing to an unknown port for the night. Spend the evening cooking on board or go out for a bite to eat, as you like it. On Sunday we commence the return journey and at about 5pm we reach our port of departure.

  • Midweek away with your school or club

Your party arrives on board on Monday morning, welcomed by the skipper with freshly made coffee and sweets, the bunks are assigned and everyone gets acquainted with the ship. Then we have the sailing instructions and cast-off – the beginning of a wonderful day of sailing to an unknown port for the night. Enjoy the evening with a home-cooked meal. The programme for the week can be fine-tuned with the skipper. We will certainly take your wishes into account. We might even visit one of the Frisian Islands or run aground on the Dutch Shallows. On Friday we take on the journey home to arrive at the port of departure at about 3pm.

  • Holiday week with friends or family

Imagine, an entire week or even longer with friends on this beautiful ship, take it nice and easy, lovely sailing, a different port every night, walking, cycling, swimming and most of all plenty of friendship. A week on board runs from Friday evening through Friday afternoon, Saturday morning through Friday afternoon or Monday morning through Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival on board, the skipper will welcome you with fresh coffee and sweets, the bunks are assigned and everyone can get acquainted with the ship. • Company outing overnight

A day and a night out with colleagues or customers on a ship is perfect for team building or relationship management. People who have spent a day together on board, working together, laughing together and eating together, will no lightly forget the experience. Especially if the meal prepared by everyone is completed with a night out or a night in. The main advantage of the consecutive night on board is that your colleagues or customers will not need to drive home and can enjoy a glass or two. Fun and responsible!

  • Day journey for the company or a representation

a day with colleagues, customers, the business club, the in-house trainer or course leader on board the Res Nova is quite something else compared to a meeting room in a hotel. Spending one part of the day actively sailing and another actively meeting, networking or working out make for a perfect combination. Leave it to us to make sure we have all facilities on board. End the day with a barbecue on deck if that option appeals to you.

  • Day journey with party

a birthday or jubilee on board with friends is too cool for words. Reception with coffee and sweets, gearing up for sailing and actually sailing, a festive lunch, crunchy finger food in the afternoon and a big finale with music, cocktails and dancing on deck with the setting sun.

  • Will you man the kitchen or a caterer?

For every programme we offer the following service levels:

    • Do your own grocery shopping and provide your own food and beverages on board. Dispose of the fridges, freezer, kitchen inventory, professional stove, large oven and sufficient storage for your supplies. This form of catering is standard on board Res Nova and therefore included in the price. Since during the day neither skipper nor sailor have time to spend in the kitchen or go shopping, they would of course appreciate your invitation to share your meals.
